Cancellations should be dealt with by the Travel Insurer. All travellers should book and depart with travel insurance. We will add this to the cost of your travels.

We do not offer international airfares. We can find the best price for you if requested to do so. However, we ask that you ‘shop’ around to find the best price, then return with that best price and ask the travel wholesaler to offer you a better price.

We will always ensure you have the best experience possible, however sometimes cancellations and other issues arise which we have no control over and request that you claim on your travel insurance, should this arise.
